Upcoming Events
At Grace and Glitter, we invite you to come as you are no expectations, no pressure, and no need to explain before you’re ready. Our art therapy program is designed for people with lived experience of domestic abuse, trauma, mental health challenges, and disabilities, offering a gentle, supportive, and inclusive space where healing can unfold creatively.
We provide nutritious, comforting food at every session, ensuring you have what you need to feel grounded and cared for. And you’ll also be welcomed by our beloved therapy dog a friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is always ready with soft ears, warm snuggles, and calming cuddles for anyone who wants them.
Through painting, drawing, collage, sculpture, and other creative processes, participants can explore emotions safely and at their own pace. Our trauma informed and disability-aware practitioners prioritise compassion, dignity, and choice in every session.
Art therapy at Grace and Glitter supports you to:
Process trauma in a safe, non verbal way
Reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
Rebuild confidence, identity, and self worth
Develop grounding and coping skills
Experience connection, community, and hope
You don’t need artistic experience just the courage to show up as yourself.
At Grace and Glitter, you are welcomed, supported, and valued exactly as you are.
